Kim has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Prior to starting Homes by Kim Brooks / Summertree Homes in 1998, Kim was the Division President for a large national homebuilder in the Albuquerque area. Companies under Kim’s management have built thousands of quality homes in the Albuquerque area.

Dustin Brooks – Vice President of Construction

Dustin started with the Homes by Kim Brooks / Summertree Homes in 2000. He has worked his way up from Construction Superintendent to Vice President of Construction. Dustin has earned the respect of Homes by Kim Brooks/Summertree Homes’ subcontractors and suppliers and is skilled in insuring that the highest quality construction material, personal and practices are used in every Summertree Home built.

Levi and Judy Heath – Sales Team

Levi and Judy purchased a home from Homes by Kim Brooks in 2000 when they moved to Albuquerque from Texas. They were so pleased with the product and company that they came to work for Homes by Kim Brooks/Summertree Homes. Brianne Brooks – Accounting Manager

Brianne came to work for Homes by Kim Brooks / Summertree Homes in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. Brianne insures that every aspect of the office runs smooth which allows time for all other Summertree employees to pay attention to our customer’s needs and the details of building quality homes.

Roberta Campbell – Drafting and Design Manager

Roberta came to Homes by Kim Brooks/Summertree Homes in 2003. She brought with her a degree in interior design with a focus in residential drafting. Roberta draws excellent, detailed floor plans and is the person who makes all of our customer’s floor plan and specification change requests a reality. Roberta also insures that every Summertree Home has an elegant and timeless exterior elevation.

Brian Edwards – Superintendent

Brian came to Summertree Homes after working with his family’s heating and air conditioning business. His knowledge of the residential construction industry as well as his experience in building homes with the quality that our customers have come to expect makes Brian a valuable asset to Summertree Homes and our customers.

Ken Johnson – Sales Associate

Ken Johnson has recently joined the Summertree Homes Team, and brings with him 10 years of experience in the new home business. Ken was Sales Manager of JD Home who just recently became a division of Summertree Homes. He has joined our team to deliver his passion for making people happy. Ken puts a great deal of devoted energy, and time in every home that is built. He will be happy to guide you through a very pleasant experience in building your dream home.
