Can Buyers make changes to your floor plans?
Absolutely! In fact we feel that's one of the things that sets us apart. We not only let you make changes, we encourage it. We don't have predetermined rooms that go here or there. We start with our plan and your vision and help you design your home.

How big are your lots?
Depending on the community we have lots that range from 45' x 82' to 1/2 acre. In our Mesa Del Rio townhome community the lots are 30' x 78'.

How long have you been in Business?
Our company was started in 1998 under the name Homes by Kim Brooks, Inc. We are now in our 11th year and recently changed our name to Summertree Homes, Inc.

Who is JD Home?
JD Home was a local home builder in the Albuquerque area for the past 6 years. Summertree Homes recently acquired JD Home and have welcomed them as our newest Division.

What if I have to sell my home first?
We have contingency options available to handle this situation and make moving into your new home as smooth as possible.

What is your build time?
Generally our construction time from sale to completion is approximately 7-8 months

Can you build one of your houses on my lot?
Yes. We would be happy to build one of our floor plans on your lot that you own. Please stop in at any of our model homes and speak with a sales associate for further details.

Can I purchase the Lot only?
Yes. We have many different sized lots in many subdivisions around the city. Prices differ from subdivision to subdivision. Please stop in to one of our Model Homes and speak with a sales associate for details.
